Those who overcome the challenges associated with the passage to any new world, lead the way with their ingenuity. Hopefully, we can trust that their technological prowess is rivaled by their consciousness.
Fret not! The "Old World" will not be left in the star dust, since it stands only to gain from new innovations and prosperity inevitably achieved on Mars.
"We have reached gravitational descent toward Mars! The captain has turned on the FASTEN SEAT BELT sign. Stow away your tray, adjust your seat to its upright position, and prepare for landing!"
Formal attire required, but no tie required with this suit!
Human societal expansion on Mars is the future. Domain names relevant to such a venture are already becoming scarce! There will be websites dedicated to recruiting qualified individuals to become martian, with their participation in a human migration to Mars.

Perhaps someday, when traversing the Mars landscape, people may stumble upon relics that will be the equivalent to "old barn finds" here on Earth.

Looks like a great place to contemplate, write books, compose music, or indulge any indoor activity one desires.
Since an extension of human civilization is destined for Mars, there will be promotional websites inviting investors to finance the colonization of the Martian Frontier!
Some of the first captured images of a Martian Sunset may prophetically symbolize humans' future tomorrow on Mars. Here's to those who always imagine going to mars tomorrow!

Ceres is categorized as a dwarf planet, but not regarded as one of the nine planets (Pluto included) within our solar system. Ceres is the largest celestial body within the asteroid belt. It is about 600 miles in diameter. Its orbit is located between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. If and when the riddle of gravity is ever solved, technological advancements that facilitate humans' ability to invert gravity into a repelling force may be developed. Perhaps such force inversion technology could be incorporated into many integrally networked satellites, orbiting an asteroid, moon, or planet, in order to create a variably focusing repelling force field to shift or move any celestial body around within our solar system for the purpose of optimal relocation or even for inducing controlled collisions between such bodies in order to create larger planets. Such technology would perhaps allow Ceres to play a vital role in restoring the molten iron core and global magnetic field of Mars. Before carefully colliding Ceres into Mars, Ceres and Mars would need to be thoroughly explored and examined for the existence of life, If either hosts life, then such a radical idea would have to be ruled out. If Ceres and Mars are void of life of any kind, then the prospects of colliding Ceres into Mars could be quite promising, due to Ceres being comprised of an iron core and a mantle with layers of rock, ice, and perhaps an internal liquid ocean. Not only would this likely restore the molten iron core and thus the global magnetic field of Mars, but such a planetary unification would also likely restore the ocean and the denser atmosphere that Mars evidently once had. Granted, such a measure would initially transition Mars into a period of tectonic chaos, such as intense volcanism, from which the conditions ultimately conducive to Terra forming Mars into a planet much like Earth would emerge. With the stewardship of responsibly qualified humans nurturing the Terra formation of Mars, I believe the intended transformation of Mars would progress much more quickly than most would predict. Observations of natural ecosystems rebounding after Earth's catastrophic disasters have revealed how surprisingly resilient nature can be.
Perhaps future explorations on Mars will reveal that mankind's first voyage to Mars was instead mankind's return to what may be the original "Old World." We must be open to the possibility of such a revelation.
